Privacy + Data
At Heroic Engagement+, we value your privacy as much as your performance. Our goal is simple: give you powerful insights without taking your data for a ride.
1. What We Collect
We only collect information needed to deliver analytics and reporting you request, such as:
- Account credentials and tokens you explicitly authorize (e.g., Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Uploaded files or reports you provide
- Basic log data for security and error monitoring (IP, device type, timestamp)
- Anonymous usage metrics to help improve performance and design
We do not buy, sell, or scrape data. Everything in your dashboard originates from verified, consented sources.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Generate analytics, insights, and reports you’ve requested
- Personalize your dashboard experience
- Ensure secure and reliable system performance
We don’t sell or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties unrelated to Heroic.
3. Data Control
You’re in charge. At any time, you can:
- Disconnect linked accounts
- Delete uploaded data
- Request complete removal from our systems
We’ll respect your choice, no questions asked.
4. Data Storage + Security
We store data securely on encrypted servers within the United States. Access is restricted to authorized team members only, and all connections use SSL/TLS encryption. We continuously monitor and update our systems to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics. No tracking pixels, no creepy ads, no unnecessary third-party cookies.
6. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect a service (like Instagram or Google Drive), their respective privacy policies apply to the data exchanged. We never retain credentials beyond what’s necessary to generate your reports.
7. Children
Heroic Engagement+ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
8. Updates
If we make changes to this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and post revisions here. If the change is significant, we’ll notify you directly in-app or via email.

Terms of Service
By using Heroic Engagement+, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use Heroic Engagement+ for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and connected accounts.
2. Ownership
All software, content, and branding of Heroic Engagement+ are owned or licensed by Stick Creations LLC. You retain full ownership of any data you upload or connect.
3. Service Availability
We strive for reliable uptime but make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service at any time without liability.
4. Liability
Heroic Engagement+ is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse integrations, or compromise security.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to delete your account or remove your data from Heroic Engagement+, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Heroic Engagement+ dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Account.
- Click “Delete My Data” or “Disconnect Accounts”.
- Confirm your selection. Your data and tokens will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
If you encounter any issues, contact us at privacy@heroic.art with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We’ll verify your identity and confirm deletion.
